These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the H. Moissan website, as well as the purchase of products and services offered through it.

By accessing, browsing or making a purchase through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using the website.

The H. Moissan website is intended to offer jewelry pieces, accessories and related services for purchase by the public.

Users may create an account to make purchases through the website.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and for all activity conducted through their accounts.

H. Moissan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of improper use.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, slight variations may exist between the images displayed on the website and the actual piece received.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

A purchase will be considered accepted once you receive an Order Confirmation by email.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, logistics and destination.
Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

Payments are processed through secure payment platforms.

H. Moissan does not store the financial information used to process payments.

If a payment is declined by the relevant bank or payment processor, the order will be cancelled.

H. Moissan currently provides shipping services within Mexico.

In exceptional circumstances and solely at H. Moissan's discretion, certain orders may be shipped internationally, subject to prior review and approval. For international shipping requests, please contact our Customer Service Team.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, hotels or other restricted addresses. Orders will only be delivered to verified residential or commercial addresses.

Boutique pickup may be available at selected H. Moissan locations at no additional cost. You will be notified by email or telephone once your order is ready for pickup.

If your order contains multiple products, H. Moissan reserves the right to ship the complete order only once all items are available. Partial shipments will not be made unless otherwise communicated.

H. Moissan will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe stated in your Order Confirmation. Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

In certain cases, you may be offered the option to select a preferred delivery date. Such date will remain subject to final confirmation by H. Moissan and applicable logistics availability.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable measures to minimize the delay.

For non-personalized products, if delivery has not been completed within 30 days following the Order Confirmation, you may contact our Customer Service Team to cancel the order and receive a full refund for the undelivered products.

The sole remedy available in the event of delayed or failed delivery shall be cancellation of the order and reimbursement of the amounts paid for products not received.

Please allow additional time for payment approval, address verification and security checks. Orders will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping — DHL / FedEx: 1–5 business days, depending on the region. Complimentary.

Mexico City Delivery — H. Moissan Internal Courier: 1–2 business days, subject to availability. Complimentary.

Delivery times exclude weekends and official public holidays in Mexico and may be extended for special requests, including sizing adjustments, engraving or personalized production.

Due to the nature of our fine jewelry products, H. Moissan does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Physical product exchanges are accepted only under the conditions set forth below.

Exchanges for Equal or Greater Value

A piece may only be exchanged for:

Another piece of the same value; or
A piece of greater value, with the customer paying the applicable difference.

Exchanges for items of a lower value are not permitted, and store credit will not be issued.

Product Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the piece must:

Be in perfect condition.
Show no signs of wear, use or alteration.
Include its original box, certificate and any accessories provided at the time of purchase.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

H. Moissan reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Personalized, resized or engraved pieces.
Products purchased under special discounts or specific promotions, unless a manufacturing warranty applies.
Pieces damaged as a result of improper use, impact, chemicals or intervention by parties other than H. Moissan.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days following the date of purchase or delivery.

Exchanges may be processed at participating H. Moissan boutiques. The customer is responsible for safely transporting the piece to the boutique.

H. Moissan provides a lifetime warranty on its jewelry pieces, provided that all applicable requirements and procedures set forth in this section are met.

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects related to:

The setting or metal structure.
Stone setting and security.
Soldering, joints or finishes resulting from the manufacturing process.

Product Registration

To qualify for warranty coverage, customers must register their piece using the Warranty Form available on the official H. Moissan website within the period specified at the time of purchase.

Failure to register the piece within the applicable period will invalidate any warranty claim, regardless of the product's purchase date.

H. Moissan reserves the right to request proof of purchase to verify authenticity and purchase date.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper use, impact, falls, excessive force or accidents.
Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use, including scratches.
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes or corrosive environments.
Repairs, modifications or interventions performed by third parties not affiliated with H. Moissan.
Loss, theft or misplacement of the piece or any of its components.
Structural alterations requested by the customer, including sizing, design changes, modifications or adaptations.

Any damage that does not result exclusively from a manufacturing defect will be considered damage caused by use and will not be covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

Register your piece through the applicable form within 10 days of purchase.
Pieces not registered within the first 10 days after purchase will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Provide your certificate, as it may be required for future warranty claims.
Submit the piece for evaluation at an authorized boutique or through the procedure indicated by Customer Service.

H. Moissan will conduct a technical evaluation to determine whether the warranty claim is valid.

If approved, H. Moissan will repair or replace the necessary components, as applicable, at no cost to the customer.

A warranty claim will be considered invalid if:

The piece was not registered through the official form.
Third-party intervention is detected.
The damage results from use, mistreatment or inappropriate exposure.
The piece has been altered in a manner that prevents repair according to its original design.

If a warranty claim is denied, H. Moissan may offer paid repair services, subject to the customer's prior acceptance of the applicable quotation.

H. Moissan shall not be liable for:

Interruptions to website services resulting from maintenance or technical failures.
Damage resulting from improper use of products.
Unauthorized interventions or alterations to website content.
