Whats the returning policy?
All sales are final, regardless of whether your purchase was made online, in one of our boutiques, or through a Moissan sales advisor via WhatsApp.
We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 10 calendar days of purchase or delivery for a piece of equal or greater value.
To be eligible, the item must be in perfect, unworn condition and include its original box, certificate, accessories, and proof of purchase. Personalized, resized, engraved, or specially discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange.
