What size should I buy?

How should I care for my jewelry?
Our pieces are waterproof and beachproof, so you can wear them in the shower, at the beach, and throughout your day. After contact with salt water, rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.
To clean your pieces, use lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry. For a deeper clean, visit our boutique, where our team will care for your pieces and restore their brilliance.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. If a purchase is completed without applying a valid discount code, Moissan is not responsible for canceling the order or issuing a refund. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

What is the shipping policy?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Whats the returning policy?
All sales are final, whether your purchase was made online, at one of our boutiques, or through a Moissan sales advisor via WhatsApp. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges for Equal or Greater Value
Exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days of purchase or delivery, as applicable.
Pieces may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. For an item of greater value, the customer must pay the difference. Exchanges for items of lower value are not permitted, and store credit will not be issued.
Product Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the piece must:
- Be in perfect, unworn condition, with no signs of use or alteration.
- Include its original box, certificate, and all accessories provided at the time of purchase.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Moissan reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following are not eligible for a standard exchange:
- Personalized, resized, or engraved pieces.
- Pieces purchased under special discounts or specific promotions.
- Pieces damaged by improper use, impact, chemicals, or alterations performed by anyone other than Moissan.
Any applicable warranty coverage is subject to the terms of the Moissan warranty.
Warranty Exchanges & Repairs
Exchanges for damage or other issues covered by the Moissan warranty require the original certificate and are subject to inspection and warranty eligibility.
Only one warranty exchange is permitted per certificate. After this exchange, the warranty remains valid for eligible repairs only. A second or subsequent replacement will not be provided under the same certificate.
If you cannot present your certificate, the piece will be sent for repair rather than exchanged, and an additional repair charge will apply.
How to Request an Exchange
Exchanges may be processed at participating Moissan boutiques. Customers are responsible for safely transporting the piece to the boutique.
